Where should the data sleep?

People ask us which AI is “the best”. We ask a smaller question first. Where is the file allowed to live overnight? In Microsoft 365? On a server in the plant? Nowhere but this room?

If the drawings cannot leave the site, we put a local model in a closet (yes, a real closet, with a fan). If the work already lives in Outlook and Teams, Copilot is the door that is already paid for. If the team needs a long, careful draft and the contract allows the cloud, we will say so.

The pattern that holds.

The model proposes. The workflow carries the result into the tool you already use. A named person posts. Agents are great at sorting and routing. They do not hold the pen on a purchase order, a credit, or a change to a recipe.

We will tell you which address we recommend in the first meeting. If we cannot, we are not ready to start.
