We do not sell a firewall and wish you luck with the rest. We take the whole stack: the laptop, the access point, the switch, the server, the backup, and the box that runs your AI in the building. One shop. One phone number. An all-in-one package, sized for a Quebec plant, not a campus brochure.

• The whole stack, in one package

  Users to the wall: the laptop, the account, the dock, the printer. Wall to the servers: cabling, switches, firewall, Wi-Fi, the rack. We manage that as one picture, not three vendors who each own a slice and none of the Tuesday.

• Network and access points

  Fortinet at the edge, because we can explain it and watch it. Ubiquiti where people actually stand: the dock, the shop, the meeting room. Guest Wi-Fi stays guest. The CNC network stays the CNC network. If a copilot cannot be told where to stop, it does not go on the air.

• Servers, Microsoft 365, the boring layer

  Physical servers, virtualization, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, SaaS. Mail that arrives. Files that open. A backup you can name, and that we have restored on purpose, not only in a slide. If you cannot say where last night’s copy lives, you do not have a backup.

• Sovereign AI hardware, in the building

  When the drawing, the packing slip, or the procedure must not leave the building, the model needs a box you own. Lenovo ThinkSystem for the rack. ThinkStation with an RTX card for the engineer. Mac Studio when the work is already on Apple. We size the power, the air, and the keys. The cloud is a choice, not a default.

• Apple reseller for business

  MacBook Neo for the people who need a simple, solid Mac. MacBook Pro for the heavy day. Mac Studio when engineering or a local model has to sit on the desk. We sell them, image them, join them to your world, and stay when the first update lands. Not a consumer checkout.

• Lenovo, from the laptop to the rack

  ThinkPad on the floor. ThinkStation under the desk. ThinkSystem in the closet. We are a Lenovo and IBM service centre, so the warranty, the image, and the person who shows up are the same shop that already looks after the network.

• Backup: local, cloud, and Microsoft 365

  A backup is not a checkbox. It is three places you can name, and a restore we have actually run. Local: last night’s copy in the building, so a deleted file is back before lunch. Cloud: a copy that survives a fire, a flood, or a closet that cooked. Microsoft 365: mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams. The recycle bin is not a backup. Ransomware that encrypts the tenant is why we take a real copy of 365, not a hope.

• Azure, when the closet is not the answer

  Some workloads belong in a rack you can touch. Some belong in a dedicated Azure environment, sized to what you actually run, not to a catalogue. We design that with you: the servers, the network join, the identity, the bill you can explain. Dedicated hosting on Azure, based on your needs. The cloud is a room we choose, not a default we hide behind.

How we take the stack

   Walk

   We walk receiving, the office, the closet, and the line. We write down what people actually open, not what the last quote listed. If the fax is still in the path, it goes on the map.

2. 02

   Draw

   One picture: users, wall, servers. What stays, what goes, what gets a new box. Power, air, backup, who holds the keys. You can put the drawing on the wall and a new hire can follow it.

3. 03

   Roll out

   We change the stack without stopping the line if we can help it. Old and new run side by side until the floor says the new one is boring, which is the compliment.

4. 04

   Stay

   The package is not a project that ends. Our support desk takes the tickets. The surveillance team watches the boxes on weekdays. Emergency is a number for clients, for the night that cannot wait.
