The product lives in email, SharePoint, the ERP, the scanner. If it only works in a slide, it is not a product.

Microsoft 365, Lenovo, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Infor Visual. AI does not arrive as a second vendor. It arrives as the same team.

Models propose. Workflows carry the work. A named person posts. Agents do not write the purchase order. That is how it lasts.

A clear place for the data.
Local models when plant files should not leave the building. Copilot when Microsoft 365 is the right door. We will say which, in the first meeting.

Helpdesk during the week. A surveillance team, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, watching your environment the whole time. And for existing clients, a real emergency line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, when something cannot wait until Monday. We are not a 24/7 operations centre with a glass wall. We are a shop in Trois-Rivières that picks up, watches the stack we already run, and shows up when the dock needs hands.
