Since 1993

A local firm that grew up with the plants around it.

Based in Trois-Rivières, GOX has spent three decades beside Quebec SMEs and manufacturers — first selling the machines, then writing the software, then watching the network so the floor can keep moving. AI is the same desk, later.

GOX team gathered around a table in the Trois-Rivières office.

Mission

Efficiency and profit, without the theatre.

We improve how an organization runs. The method is personal: we sit with the people who actually use the tools, map what is true today, and recommend only what will still make sense next year.

How we work

People-focused. Respectful. Authentic. Innovative.

Those four words are not a poster. They are the test for a ticket, a project, and a hire. Management principles are written down and shared, so the service a client gets is the culture the team lives.

Growth

The long version.

  1. 1993

    Founding

GOX starts by selling computers, network gear, and servers to businesses in the Trois-Rivières region.

  2. 2006

    Development desk

A first software team. Timesheets, business applications, and the habit of building what off-the-shelf will not.

  3. 2009

    A larger shop

Growth forces a move. The workspace catches up with the ambition.

  4. 2012

    Business intelligence

ERP bridges, sales forecasting, MRP, EDI, B2B/B2C commerce, automation. Data becomes a practice, not a side project.

  5. 2017

    Network Operations Center

Monitoring graduates from a shared inbox to a NOC with the tools to watch client environments properly.

  6. 2021

    Outstanding Employer

Certification from the Mouvement québécois de la qualité — a first in Mauricie. The culture gets an outside audit, and passes.

Depth

We stay close to the systems plants actually run.

Document intelligence and copilots on Microsoft 365. Custom software against Infor Visual and EDI. Lenovo/IBM service. Fortinet, Ubiquiti, the unfashionable stack that keeps a Quebec factory shipping — and that an AI product has to live on.
