Five things Copilot will not do for you.

We install Copilot. We like it. We will also tell you, in the first meeting, what it will not do. That conversation saves more money than any webinar.

It will not clean a messy SharePoint. It will not invent a procedure you never wrote. It will not replace the person who knows why line 4 is always late. It will not post in your ERP. And it will not stay accurate if nobody owns the files it reads.

Then what is it good for?

Drafting. Summarising a long thread. Finding the SOP you already stored. Preparing a first answer for a customer, that a human then edits. Those are real hours given back to a small team. That is plenty.

If a vendor promises more than that, they are selling a demo. We would rather keep you as a client in March.
