SharePoint has to be the binder.
If people still print the procedure “just in case”, the library is not the library. A practical way to fix that.

We have walked into plants where SharePoint has 14 sites, 3 of them called “Final”, and the procedure on the wall is a printout from 2019. Copilot, in that room, is a rumour.
The fix is not a new tool. The fix is one library, one owner, a date on every file, and a habit of deleting the rest. We sit with the people who actually open the files. We do not start with a taxonomy workshop.

Once the binder is digital and trusted, an internal copilot is easy. Before that, every “AI project” is a very expensive search box. We would rather do the boring week.
