Microsoft 365 after the hangover.

Most of our clients already “have Microsoft 365”. What they have is mail that works, a Teams graveyard, and a SharePoint nobody trusts. That is not a moral failure. That is what happens when a tool is rolled out as a licence, not as a desk.

Before Copilot, we tidy. One place for procedures. One place for the customer file. Names that a new hire can guess. Retention that is written down. It is the least glamorous week of the year. It is also the week that makes every later AI product cheaper.

Then the helper has somewhere to stand.

We have been Microsoft partners long enough to be boring about this. Boring is a compliment. When the tenant is clean, Copilot becomes a door. When it is not, Copilot becomes a confident intern with a messy backpack.
