Before Copilot, we tidy. One place for procedures. One place for the customer file. Names that a new hire can guess. Retention that is written down. It is the least glamorous week of the year. It is also the week that makes every later AI product cheaper.

We have been Microsoft partners long enough to be boring about this. Boring is a compliment. When the tenant is clean, Copilot becomes a door. When it is not, Copilot becomes a confident intern with a messy backpack.
