A laptop that does not fight the software.

We are a Lenovo and IBM service centre. That sentence used to sound old fashioned. Then everyone bought an AI licence and tried to run it on a five year old laptop with a cracked charger.

The machine is part of the product. Warranty, image, the dock, the scanner that actually makes a clean PDF. When we size a document project, the workstation list is on the same page as the model. It is not romantic. It is why the pilot survives week two.

Buy once, image once, sleep.

A standard image means the next hire is productive on day one. A real warranty means a dead machine is a courier, not a crisis. We have been doing this in Trois-Rivières since before “the cloud” was a slogan. We still like opening the box.
