Copilot Studio is a door, not a whole house.
When Microsoft 365 is already home, Studio is the fastest way to a grounded assistant. When it is not, we will say so.

Copilot Studio lets us build a small assistant on top of the Microsoft 365 you already pay for. Mail, Teams, SharePoint, a list. For a lot of Quebec SMEs, that is the whole house. Building somewhere else would be theatre.
It is the wrong door when the source of truth is still Infor Visual, a shared mailbox from 2011, or a binder. Then we start with the binder. Studio comes later.
01Permissions before personality.
Who can ask. What it can see. What it is forbidden to invent. We write those three lines before we pick a colour for the chat window. You can tell we have been doing Microsoft 365 for a long time. The fun part is the last 10%.
