A pilot that survives the second week.

A pilot is a small version of the real thing, run with real users and real files. Not a slide. Not a sandbox with perfect PDFs. If it only works when we are standing there, it is not a pilot. It is a performance.
We pick one or two jobs that hurt. We write what “good” looks like in numbers you can count (hours, errors, waiting time). We put it in the tools you already open. Then we leave it with you for a stretch and we watch from the support desk, not from a hotel.
After that, we harden it.
Permissions. A fallback when the model shrugs. A person who owns the exceptions. That is the unsexy path from “neat” to “we will not go back”. We like that path more than the keynote.
