What we built
A single warehouse feeding Power BI before the stand-up. High-level for the director. Drill-down for the line that slipped. The unglamorous layer. Data Gateway, cubes, the ERP extract, done so the picture is honest.
What changed
The meeting starts on the number, not on who exported what. Exceptions have a name. The ritual is a refresh, not a rebuild.
