What we built
Custom software against the real process: a B2B desk that writes the same line the plant reads, EDI for the customers who already speak it, and a timesheet that closes into payroll without a second spreadsheet.
What changed
One order, one number, three desks. Promised dates come from capacity, not from hope. The workaround is now a workflow.
